- Hardness and abrasiveness, if test results are available
- Moisture and clay content
- Largest feed size (mm)
Products
- Product sizes required (for example 40 mm, 20 mm, 10 mm, sand)
- Share of each product in your sales
- Quality requirements: shape, grading, washing
Capacity and operation
- Required tonnes per hour
- Working hours per day and days per month
- Expected life of the site
Site
- Location and access for transport
- Available area and ground conditions
- Grid power, diesel or hybrid preference
- Water availability (for washing and dust control)
- Environmental conditions: dust, noise and permits
Commercial
- Mobile, stationary or mixed plant
- Buy, rent or rent-to-buy
- Service support, operator training and spare-parts availability
- Delivery timeline
